1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BikeCare (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Continued use after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately at support.bikecare@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.
3Service Accuracy & Informational Disclaimer
Important: All maintenance reminders, mileage analysis, fuel efficiency calculations, service schedules, and any other suggestions provided by BikeCare are for informational purposes only.
This information does not constitute professional mechanical advice and is not a substitute for inspection or service by a qualified motorcycle mechanic. Always consult a certified professional before making any mechanical decisions about your vehicle.
4Intellectual Property
All content within the Service — including but not limited to source code, design, logos, UI elements, and branding — is the exclusive property of the BikeCare developer and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.
5Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BikeCare and its developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
- Mechanical failures or vehicle damage.
- Accidents or injuries resulting from reliance on app data.
- Financial loss from maintenance decisions based on app suggestions.
You use the Service at your own risk. BikeCare provides the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms and Conditions.
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the Service.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
7Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
8Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notification.
Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
